La Comisión Ejecutiva es el órgano de dirección y ejecución de la Unión Regional, que aplica las decisiones y directrices adoptadas por el Consejo y el Congreso Regional. Funciona colegiadamente con reuniones ordinarias una vez a la semana adoptando sus acuerdos por mayoría. Su número dependerá de la decisión del Congreso Regional al elegirla a propuesta de la Comisión de Candidaturas. Las reuniones son convocadas por el Secretario Secretaria General o por 1/3 de sus componentes.
